Some of the questions you probably want to know the answer to before you book with us.
How far will you travel & Do you shoot Destination Weddings?
I am based Yorkshire, But travel up and down the UK to shoot weddings as well as taking on as many as 20 destination weddings a year.
Transport & accommodation fees are to be negotiated with the bride & groom for any weddings further than 1 hour driving radius from Yorkshire but we always do this within budget.
My packages are priced exactly the same for a destination wedding, all w ask is that you cover travel, accommodation and very basic expenses. We can discuss this in detail over email or the phone.
How do we book you?
Easiest way to book me is to use the contact form to let us know when your wedding is and ask my availability.
We can discuss the package you’ve requested and discuss any additional requirements to get a complete quote and agreement in place with you.
Once everything is in place, I will then send over a deposit invoice which confirms the booking in our diary and secures me for your big day.
What happens once we book you?
Once the booking is confirmed with me, I will leave you get excited about your big day and plan everything else, Knowing that your booking with me is confirmed.
I will then be in contact with you 6-4 weeks before the big date just to confirm everything with you and ask for the running order and any alterations or special requests I may need to know of before the big day.
30 days before the wedding I will invoice you for the balance that is outstanding on your package costs, Once this is settled we are all set for the big day.
On the date of your wedding I will arrive in good time and be approachable and punctual at all times.
When do we pay?
£50 of your booking fee is taken as a deposit to secure the date, The remaining amount is due 30 days before your wedding in all cases with no exceptions, failure to pay your package will result in cancellation of booking.
Can we meet to discuss before our wedding?
Meeting up to discuss your big day is absolute fine.. Coffee is on you though! 😉
We are based in East Yorkshire so if a meeting is required, they are to take place in and around a 5 mile radius, Alternatively phone calls, skype meetings and such are available if distance is an issue.
When will we receive our video?
I endeavour to turn all work around 7 days after the wedding, whilst celebrations are still in full spirit – in peak summer wedding season it may be up to 14 days, only in rare occasions have I not got the final product over within 7-14 days.
Are you insured?
I am insured with full public liability up to £1m, Our equipment is fully insured globally to theft, accidental damage and also aerial photography insurance is available if required.
Are you unobtrusive during the ceremony?
I am always as discreet, low key and have been described by clients as some what ninja.
Most ceremony venues only allow the creative team to stand in certain places and we always respect this.
On the odd occasion there will be a small amount of moments where the cameras are more prominent, however without that you wouldn’t have a beautiful wedding film!
I always dress to the code also, usually all black or a smart shirt and trousers.
Occasionally in the summer if your wedding allows for it.. I will pull out my FUNKIEST summer shirt!
Will our price change once we book you if your prices go up?
No. The agreed price which is on your booking confirmation will always remain the same, Prices will be honoured even if our set prices alter in the time between your booking and your wedding date.
You can upgrade your package at any time also.
